Danish radar manufacturer Weibel Scientific has secured a contract worth approximately DKK 100m from Switzerland’s defence procurement authority, armasuisse.
The contract covers the purchase and delivery of two range instrumentation radars for ballistic testing. The systems will be used for artillery system tests and to monitor ammunition throughout its life cycle, providing trajectory data for ballistic models and artillery fire-control computers.
